Thanks for choosing Design For Dinner, where every hoodie, tee, and accessory is made just for you. Literally. We don’t keep stock sitting in a warehouse. Your order gets printed fresh the moment you click “checkout.”
So here’s how our return & refund world works, nice and simple:

Your Order, Made Especially for You

Because every item is printed on demand:

  • We don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong color.

  • Returned items can’t be put back on shelves, they’re custom-made, just like a special recipe crafted only once.

👉 Please check the size chart before ordering, just to be safe.

If We Mess Up, We Fix It

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, don’t worry, we’ve got you.

Just email us within 7 days at dfd@designfordinner.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • A few photos of the item + the packaging label

We’ll replace it free of charge or issue a refund. Easy.

Shipping Fees & Import Taxes

Different countries have different import rules (we wish it were simpler too!).
Some places may charge customs fees, VAT, or a small handling fee when your order arrives. These charges are collected by your local courier, not by us, so they’re out of our control.

“Delivered” But Nowhere to Be Found?

It happens sometimes!

If your package says “delivered” but it’s playing hide and seek:

  1. Check with neighbors, security, building reception, or your local post office

  2. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, email us, we’ll help you sort it out

We’ll work with the carrier and offer a solution depending on what they confirm.

Processing Time

Since everything is made-to-order:

  • Production: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping: depends on your location and carrier

  • Holidays: can add a little extra time

You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it like a proud parent watching a school bus.
